Many years ago in Scotland, the Clark family had a dream. The family wished to travel to the United States and settle down there. It took them many years, but they finally saved enough money to travel by a ship. The kids were very excited about the journey by a ship for the first time in their life.
However, seven days before their departure, the youngest son was bitten by a dog. The doctor examined and gave medicines to the boy. He advised the family to keep the boy indoors, because it could spread rabies.
The family's dreams were shattered.
They would not be able to make the trip to America as they had planned. Everybody was cursing the boy and God for their misfortune.
The father had to cancel the reservations.
He could not hold his tears when he saw the ship leaving without his family.
Five days later a tragic news shocked the entire world. The ship they were supposed to board had sunk. The mighty Titanic had sunk taking hundreds of lives with it.
When the Clark family heard the news, they hugged their son and thanked God for saving their family.
For the Clark Family the tragedy had turned into a blessing.
